Review content:
Don't call them unless you have no other choice or are so wealthy that you don't care where your money goes. Service fee of $40 just to come then $80/hr labor which they continue to charge if they have to leave your house to go for a part. The technician told me that I was 'lucky"" my house wasn't too far. Got charged $120.00 for 30 min worth of labor. Funny too, I had just had the furnace serviced by them one month earlier and somehow it needed the same parts which were just ""replaced"" the previous month(???) Called to voice my concerns to the owner. He was rude, talking over me. Hope there are still quality people who want to earn their business. Jeff Keep is NOT one of them!
