I have curvature of the spine, osteoarthritis, and fibromyalgia. A few weeks ago, a friend of mine recommended I try a whole body vibration machine that she'd seen a commercial for from the HHI store in Johnson City. There's a guy that works there named Gabe that owns one (says his wife has lost over 30 lbs.) and he offered to let me get on one of the machines for a few minutes to see if it helped my sore back and knees. I rode the VPX2000 for ten minutes and I could tell a difference immediately. The next day, I woke up and I felt better than I had in weeks. I thought it might've been my imagination, so I waited a couple of days until my back and knees started aching again and I went back. Gabe had told me I could try it several times just to be sure. After the second ""ride,"" and getting up and feeling good again the next day, I was convinced it wasn't my imagination. I bought one the next day. I've lost about 3 pounds every week that I've been using it, and the difference in my pain is UNBELIEVABLE. I highly recommend these whole body vibration machines for anyone who is in pain because of osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, back problems, or who is struggling to lose weight. Go see Gabe!
