""I would not recommend this gym after the terrible customer service we received. Our daughter took a few gymnastics classes here but wasn't that into it. After she injured her hand we stopped going for a few weeks. I then received a call from them saying that we were late on our October payment. Apparently they have a weird drop policy that if you can't come (even temporarily) you have go in personally two weeks in advance and fill out a form. Since we were unaware of this policy we had to pay for 2 full months during which our daughter never actually attended. We tried to reason with the owner but he would not budge and had to pay $180 for nothing.\r \r Before I became pregnant, I was the manager of Yoga Yoga and had to handle many situations with our students. Personally, I know how important customer service is as a small business and I would have never treated a student like this. I have always gave our students the benefit of doubt and even call our students who have monthly memberships when they don't come to class for a while to make sure they still want to continue to be charged. \r \r I did like our daughter's gymnastic teacher but I would not recommend this business purely based on their poor customer service.""\r Pros: nice instructors Cons: poor customer service
