As city dwellers we have all had our fair share of realtor/management company nightmares’; it was a dream to work with Matt Goodman at Eric Goodman Realty! \r

I was referred to Matt from another one of his tenants. I needed to move in a short time (one week) and had a laundry list of requests for my new place. Matt really listened to what I wanted, respected my time and only showed me places that were right for me. Matt, along with his knowledgeable team, made the entire process as easy as humanly possible. I really felt that Matt was an advocate for me; his genuine compassion for what is a naturally stressful time, immediately puts one at ease. \r

I love my new home! The Super is professional and efficient. My building is amongst the most well maintained buildings that I have ever lived in. I had one minor issue in my apartment, my call was immediately returned and the repair was made record time. \r

Matt was very patient, professional, and really went the extra mile. I encourage you to ask for him the next time you're looking for a place to call home! Eric Goodman Management has been wonderful to work with...They have gone above and beyond my expectations and I've been very pleased with their hard work ethic.
