I have lived in New York City for a few years and have had my fair share of difficult realtors and landlords, so it was was a huge relief for me to come across Eric Goodman Realty. The realtors/landlords there are extremely friendly, reliable and responsible, and they truly care about finding you the best apartment possible for your budget and lifestyle. I moved into one of their studio apartments a little over a year ago and have been extremely happy with the building management - I plan on being here for several more years to come. Everyone there is extremely attentive, and if there is ever any minor concern or question, they are there to help you right away. I feel safe and looked after! Moreover, they really foster a feeling of community and caring in their apartments. \r

I worked specifically with Lena (who is fantastic! No pressure, an absolute sweetheart, she really listened to what I was looking for in an apartment and made sure I was taken care of once I moved in), and Eric and Matt have also been great!\r

Eric Goodman Realty is an absolute gem in the difficult world of NYC real estate. If you want to work with a realtor/landlord who will listen to you, make sure you get the best apartment possible, and then make sure you are HAPPY while living there, call these guys!
