NRG Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc Condensation Issues A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words View Issues OnYouTube Link: Copy Link & Paste Into Your Browser http://youtu.be/sIuhDPxmKz0 YOU BE THE JUDGE! NRG Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc installed a Lennox Central Heating & Air Conditioning System System for $9000.00 in my home. The Lennox High Efficiency Furnace has Major Condensation Issues. Based on my experience with NRG Heating & Air Conditioning "CONSUMERS BEWARE" The Lennox Furnace is a Lemon, combined with a Flawed Installation has caused the furnace to rust, both inside and out. Condensation issues resulted in water damages to my home. The plastic vent pipe for the furnace has become unglued due to the fact that the glue used was not heat resistant and not intended for that application, no primer was used, causing water to drip damaging the ceiling etc. A drain pan should have been installed under the furnace, but NRG decided to cut corners on the install. According to the Lennox Installation Manual a drip pan should have been installed which would have prevented the water damage. Repairs were made on February 2012 by NRG for the issues outlined, 9 months later condensation issues began again, more water leaks and more damages. I have spent $900.00 on repairs due to water damages. Now NRG wants to charge me $450.00 to make repairs which are the result of their incompetence. "CONSUMERS BEWARE"
