Businiess name:  Magnolia Hi-Fi
Review by:  Kathi L.
Review content:
Twice in the last year I've gone into this place to get a CD player put into each of our cars. My husband and I are not big consumers in the audio/electronics field and are usually decades behind the rest of the world. But the reason I went to Magnolia Hi Fi was because over twelve years ago I bought a boom box there. I had specific needs and I remember that there was no pressure to buy more than I needed. They gave me honest feedback and recommendation for my needs. This Panasonic boombox keeps on tickin' and has been in some of the roughest conditions. So, of course, when I finally came into the 21st century to put a CD player in my car, I went back to this place. I like the vibe -kind of elegant, low key & no pressure, but well informed. Sure enough, I got a fellow in the mobile audio section by the name of Paix (pronounced Pax - means peace, I think). He had great customer skills and never tried to oversell, but knew the products well. Because of his friendly service, I came back six months later to put a CD player in our other car. Paix was there again. I didn't recognize him, but he recognized me. That's good service, too. I had the feeling that he really was on the lookout for the best deal that would suit me. It works to treat the customer well, I'm telling you. I prefer this to cheap superstores with the deal-of-the-day kind of hustle. I will return.
