Review content:
if I could give zero stars I would. When we moved out of our apartment we left the place immaculate, even going so far as to wipe EVERY wall down with magic erasers. Two weeks after vacating we were shocked to see a cleaning bill for nearly $1,000. Yes, that's not a typo...a cleaning bill for $1,000 with such outrageous charges as $250 to repaint the entire apartment, which just so happened to have been fully painted one year prior. Then they were billing us just over $400 for carpet cleaning because there were two very small pet stains, and $90 for ""wall repairs"" which they initially said was to fix fist sized holes in the wall, but when I disputed this claim they then said it was to fix holes where pictures were hung...basically to cover basic wear and tear. When we called to dispute the bill they agreed to lower it to $700, but still couldn't explain why they were billing $400 for a carpet cleaning service that FOUR Murray companies quoted as costing $150. I made repeated calls to Miller's ""management"" with no returned calls. I made a final offer of $400, which I felt was more than equitable, but all I was told was someone would call me back. Then one year after moving out I received a letter from a collections attorney demanding payment. I then started the entire process of disputing what I felt were erroneous charges, after a month of dealing with the attorney's Miller Estates accepted my offer, which was the same one I made a year prior, but now I have attorney and court costs tacked on!! All I can say is, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE LIVE HERE....
