I just had my birthday there this past Saturday. I chose to book a party in the front bar, and went for the $35 wristband option. Was told on the phone, that those wristbands covered EVERYTHING except for top shelf, and pitchers, but since I was only there to use their beerpong tables, that pitchers would be provided for those currently playing. I called earlier in the day to reiterate the terms of the agreement, but sadly only checked on the pitchers. Was given the go ahead at the time, but once I showed up, the open bar rules at the bar were entirely different from those that were discussed over the phone. I found out entirely too late, that ""everything but premium liquor"" doesn't include shots, and that they would only be able to serve me a couple of pitchers on the wristbands, and only if every single person on the table had a wristband as well. Obviously this precluded us from playing anyone who wasn't part of our party, and also negated about half my friends. I opted to open a tab just for pitchers, but was understandably very displeased. I had some words with the bartender, and explained to him what had happened between me booking the party on the phone, and the reality of the situation. Long story short, I got comped the vast majority of the drinks I had to purchase, and they threw shots at me like nobody's business. These guys are the best, and the actual staff in the bar are second to none. I can't say I'm exactly happy with ""eat drink and be merry"" the company with which I booked the party, but the folks in the bar went above and beyond to make things right. Pros: These people saved my birthday Cons: wristbands are worth less than the paper they're made of
