WARNING DO NO USE THIS KENNEL. on April 9 2007 we left our dogs Scooby and Shaggy at this kennel. On our way to pick them up on the 11th Dawn called and said Scooby had gotten out of the kennel we were less than 5 minutes away searched that area all day and night with no help from the kennel and nobody had even seen him anywhere in the neighborhood and there were people everywhere. Dawn never told us how it supposedly happened but it became apparent from her lies and actions that Scooby never left this kennel alive. We found out there have been at least 3 others with horror stories. Dawn never apologized not that it would of helped but it might have shown she had some character. My son is devastated Scooby was his best friend and protector it has been over a year and he still cries. I still search for Scooby and pray he will come home so my sons heart can heal, but the reality is that Scooby met a horrible fate by the hands of these people. Cons: rude people careless lost dogs
