Businiess name:  Vicious Cycle

Review content:
I've never reviewed a place on citysearch before, but after reading the 3 very negative reviews on the site I feel like Vicious cycle is being misrepresented. I have a couple of older Japanese scooter/mopeds and I've gone into this place about 6 or 7 times for parts, accesories, etc. I've dealt with 3 different people at the counter, and all of them were helpful and polite. They've special ordered things for me with no hassle, and received them quickly. Their prices are reasonable. When they haven't been able to get me the a part I needed because it isn't available anymore, they even referred me to someone who could make something custom here in town. Even though I work on my own bikes and I haven't spent a whole lot of money at Vicious Cycle, I feel like they still treat me like a worthwhile customer and really try to help out if they can. Just the fact that someone there was willing to dig through their old parts to come up with a wierd fuel line fitting I needed that was worth about $1 indicates good customer service. It would have been very easy to say "no we don't have that" and send me on my way. Over all, I reccomend them as a parts supplier, but I haven't had them service one of my bikes so I can't comment on that aspect of their business. I am an electronics repair guy, however, and I will state that rare occasion that something leaves my shop and it still has problems I didn't detect can really aggrivate people, causing them badmouth the whole business based on one fluke unfortunate experience. The vast majority of people that have good experiences at a shop don't necessarily feel obliged to comment on how good it was, because good is what people expect. I almost didn't even stop into this place because of the bad reviews I saw here on citysearch. I'm glad I decided to see what they were like for myself anyway.
