I love going to new places, especially if they are hard to find!! My girlfriends and I came back to Madison for a weekend to party and happened to stumble down the stairs into the City Bar. From the outside all you see is a door, but once inside its not what you would expect. Leather couches, big comfy booths, plasma screen tvs everywhere with a bar that changes color. I ordered a martini from their HUGE list and my girlfriend ordered a jack & coke which she was happy to have in a real glass since we had been drinking out of plastic all night at other bars. Drinks were good, jutebox was great and the crowd was beautiful, fun. You could feel the energy in the air- or maybe it was those deadly strawberry drop shots & the hot guy I met that night!!!
Pros: Good service, atmoshere, Strawberry shots
