Mark our salesman and Sam the man who installed our windows were both very professional, friendly and answered all of our questions without making us feel stupid. It's good to know that there are nice people out there in this line of work. My husband always says that you get what you pay for, sometimes it is better to pay a little more money to get a better product. You CAN NOT put a price on customer service though. With Mark and American Home Improvements we got both and their price was less than two of the other estimates we got, they were a little higher than another company we considered, but like I said, Worth Every Penny!!!!!
