My First experience started with the older store manager Aaron who is around at other stores now, who has always made me happy..even saw him and his wife in an h.e.b. and he remembered me..and spoke for a few min. while shopping....:
They worked on my precious g35, i had replaced the caster cambers and their techs did an alignment..when they were doing that they were nice enough to notify me i needed to replace my bushings asap...with out try to sell on to me (being female and all) i felt no pressure, and the cars tires were then lasting MUCH longer! yah!
Then I decided to start taking one of the work trucks there a 350 diesel...now those are no fun to work on..especially with how short i am!...they gave me an estimate that was right on, and with all the work done, it was completed in a timely manner..Now Andy is the manager that handles my ""cases"" and Nelson was the tech that entertained me in this case...I feel like these guys are so professional I can call them buds!...I have never had an issue with this location and will continue using as long as they keep hiring knowledgeable help and great managers.
