TERRIBLE! Shame on you, your drivers (at least one of them) uses EXTREMELY POOR JUDGEMENT and risks lives for no reason. Mr Cozz: I have a motor carrier permit also, and drive for a living too, and yours should be REVOKED TODAY on account of your driver's bad judgement and bad attitude. Tow driver with slider truck is lost in our neighborhood today, sits at the intersection on the corner, finally gets impatient for unknown reasons and throws it in reverse. He backs up FULL SPEED about 250 feet into the cul-de-sac with 4 small children playing in and around the street. My wife and I walk over to confront him about his risky driving and the driver immediately gets defensive and says ""you think I don't know what I am doing?"" and ""well, I did nothing illegal!"" Well backing up 350 feet on a public roadway is actually illegal, even for a tow driver, unless directed by CHP or other LE agency. But that is not the issue, the issue was the speed involved, in reverse, with a handful of small children present. But your d bag driver didn't care, and instead decided to act like I did something wrong by confronting him about it (which is why I am posting this now). I am not normally a confrontational person, nor do I usually go out of my way to complain - but this person's reckless disregard for the lives and safety of my children and others today was practically criminal. If you are reading this now - DO NOT use this company for towing or roadside assistance. I hope to never see their trucks again.
