I have been seeing Dr. Salomon with my dog for about three years. During that time I have been in the office at least twice a year for regular check ups, allergy issues, etc. Every check up time, I would walk out with a $500 worth of tests. However, if I didn't ask, my dogs ears and sacks around his tail would never get cleaned. Little did I know or I would have asked about that too, his teeth were not looked at. Just recently, I noticed that a few teeth in front got loose. I went to the dental Vet and found out my dog had a periodontal disease that must have been brewing for at least 5 years! It went unnoticed all this time. My poor little doggy is after the surgery now where he had 14!!!!!!!! teeth removed and I had $2000 removed from my bank account, of course. Needless to say, I am VERY ANGRY with Dr. Solomon and his quick check up routine that left my dog, half into his life, without most important teeth. Shame on you Dr. Solomon! I feel like his routine is more about charging for services and tests than about careful care of the pet. Beware of the Bad Vet!
