Businiess name:  Nunzio's Ristorante Inc

Review content:
After my second attempt at eating at Nunzio's, I finally gave up and I feel the need to write something about this place. Nunzio's very Italian and intimate setting is a very attracting feature to the restaurant, however due to what seem like budget cuts or supply issues the entrees here are very sparse and very low in quality. One thing that however is not sparse are its very hearty prices and laughable bread and salad. What I got was a plain 8 inch loaf of crunchy white bread with some butter and Parmesan cheese powder (to give it that Italian zest?). No olive oil or ground pepper will be found here. The salads are so small they are insulting; a handful of pieces of lettuce with a tomato and some vinaigrette. As for the entree itself, it left much to be yearned for. To keep it simple, one of the main ingredients was supposed to be ground beef and I spent some time scavenging my pasta to find any evidence of it! The lack of ground parmesan that should have been offered to top my plate was the least of the problems. At the end I wondered why the entree was $15+ yet worth less than a cheap pizza? For a ""four star"" restaurant Nunzio's is not worth any of your money, however if you do go, I caution you that soon enough they may begin to charge for water, and also hire ""Chef Boyardee"" as their main cook. ___________________________________________ August 2011 I tend to see more and more spontaneous; '5 Star OMG this is the best place ever !*&^%' With witty three liner reviews containing italian phrases and generic marketing psalms like 'Run, do not walk!' and 'I'm surprised to see negative comments' or 'Actor Patrick Yada Yada ate here!' (As if i were shallow enough to make my dining choice based upon that of some celebrity) Guys, cut it out, stop telling your family and friends to get on miami.citysearch and post positive comments to sway the star rating. This is america, this is freedom of expression and speech, if people are saying a place is sub-standard than it is. You try to work together as a business and bring it back up, not go online and try to rig public opinion or flood a blog with generic and vague 'BeSt iTaLiAn PlAce eVeR !&^%' Like some middle school face book tweenagers. There is no best anything anywhere in this city, its all perspective, if you're calling any place the best anything especially Nunzio's the best italian place than i can bet it is the ONLY italian you have ever eaten. Pros: The setting of the establishment is cozy, worth taking a photograph perhaps? Cons: The entire fact that it is a restaurant. I feel Mr. Nunzio should seriously think about a new cooking staff.
