If I could give this dump zero stars I would. I cant even explain how horrible of a business this place is. I show up and show the guy (younger one) a picture of what I want, it takes him almost an hour to cut my hair because I keep telling him this isn't what I want, I want it shorter like the picture. After he is finalllllly finished my hair looked horrible nothing what I wanted. I had to have my girlfriend fix it when I got home.The reason I went to this place is because of the reviews I read on the Internet. After rereading the reviews and my personal experience I have come to the conclusion that its the owners that are writing the reviews not the customers, Every 5th review is a bad one and those are the customers. Do not go here, the younger man will butcher you and take forever to cut your hair. Also they have a TV in the ""salon"" that is for the two guys to watch if you are getting your hair cut. They face you the other way so you can not even enjoy the TV while your sitting there for almost an hour, all you can here is the sound of the horrible shows they watch. Overall I give you a 0-5 stars for my experience.....learn ENGLISH you live and work in AMERICA!!!!, and 0-5 stars for my haircut. My advise to you is to go to cosmetology school and learn how to run a real hair salon especially in NYC. I will never go back to this salon and my adise to you would be to stay away
