I have searched long and hard for the best colorist & finally found him - Arthur at Luba Salon is the best ever! I have gone to famous colorist, traveled hours to find the one who would give me the color I wanted with consistent results. My highlights would always tend to get bleached out to the point where I lost my natural low lights & anytime low lights were put in, they appeared washed out within 2 weeks... until I finally found Arthur! He takes the time to use the right color and to pick the perfect strands to highlight so that I still had my beautiful natural low lights, each and every time. I have been going to him for a few years now which is a record for me... I intentionally waited to write the review, even though I was thrilled in the beginning, the true test for me was to be just as happy, actually happier than when I first went to him. I never write reviews, but I took the time because everyone should know he is NYC's (and to me the world's) best kept secret...
Pros: consistent, beautiful results each & every time!
