I was recommended by Artemide to take my lamp for repairs here, and was quoted a $30 fee to resolder the wiring. More than I'd expected, but hey, it's an Eroupean lamp. When I'd gone to pick it up, the price doubles to $60, but was never explained why, nor was authorization obtained before performing the work. What was I to do, but to pay it so I can get my $1200 lamp back. I would never return for repairs nor purchases, as they have demonstrated that their subjective pricing is not reliable.
