Review content:
I have had a lot of difficulties with them since the start such as getting my paperwork properly done, and it seems I am not the only one having problems with in esential the manager/supervisor or whatever she is. How can they send someone out to a job and after working for 2 1/2 weeks they claim they do not have that person's application or SS# therefore delaying their pay? This person has such a bad attitude that whenever asked a question has always a nasty attitude towards most job seekers and answers them as if they should know the answer. She has no Customer Service skills at all. Now today she got into an altercation with an employee which leads to a screaming match and in front of everyone she calls the employer and tells them that he has been fired after threatening him that he will never work with anyone again! The person gets fired because he does not put up with her abusive language and her nasty attitude. She treats him with disrespect then expects that he turns the other cheek? Now the poor man loses his job and the employer will not hire him because of course she's right... she's the boss and no one will argue with her because they need their job. This agency is one of the worst I have ever heard of and I will continue my campaign to ensure they either get fined and she gets fired or the whole company closes down! The people that go to them are in need and of low recourse and most know very little of the laws that can protect them and she as a hispanic should know better, but I guess she's not one of the latin community since her verbal abuse and attitude towards latinos is now clear and present!
