My fiance and I tasted many cakes in Portland, and only Joseph's had edible outer frosting and fruit fillings that tasted like actual fruit instead of lifesavers. We loved the fact that we could taste so many cakes and getting to take 3"" sample cakes home made the chore of wedding planning a fun and tasty privilege. Our guests unanimously called the cake fabulous and we got to have it for breakfast each morning of our honeymoon. The marionbella is pure almond and marionberry joy on a fork and the french press is a remarkable chocolate cake. I also thought the quantity and quality of the cake, particularly the decorations included in the base price, were an exceptional value considering the local competition.
