I was actually there today. I was greeted by a very unfriendly older woman with dark hair and bangs.
She said Jessica would be helping me today. Jessica was great! She was young and stylish. She was eager to help me stay within my price range. She never pushed me onto more expensive dresses. She got excited with me and my bridesmaids when I tried on each dress. Not one moment was she rude or snobby. I went in with the intention to try on Nicole Miller dresses and then buy one online. The price of the NM dress I found was reasonable. I bought it right then and there. I was not pressured to have it altered there and I took it home with me.
I had a blast and so did my bridesmaids! I would recommend JJ Kelly to anyone, but I would suggest you ask for Jessica. The other ladies seemed very rude and grumpy.
A nice man, I think his name was Patrick, helped Jessica check me out and he carried my dress to the car through the sleet and snow in his suit and dress shoes! I was wearing snow boots. Now THAT'S service! He was extremely personable as well.
The store is outdated, but the merchandise is not. I suggest that you go check it out if you want to find the dress of your dreams. Happy shopping!
