My husband and I have eaten at this restaurant for our anniversary ever since it opened, and it is one of the only fine dining establishments in Wichita that we return to again and again. Having lived in San Francisco we have been quite spoiled with a wide array of excellent restaurants, so it is difficult for most places to measure up - Cibola does so with aplomb. The food is perfectly executed; I adore the Warm goat cheese salad with respberry vinaigrette. Their service is quite good, though occasionally overly attentive! When compared with fine dining across the nation, their food is a great value. The ambience is romantic yet comfortable.
