Review content:
I agree with the previous user who feels like this is an abusive relationship. Customers are obviously not appreciated and I assume the staff must be poorly treated and at the very least, poorly trained. The pastries are quite good but it's not worth the chaos, noise and cold. The place is very poorly arranged, acoustics are terrible, and the lines can go on forever, and are very confusing unless you're a veteran. Air conditioning is still on and t's too cold to sit and have coffee: yet, despite many complaints from regulars the owner won't turn the heat on. Definitely not recommended and I have gone from being a daily customer to visiting very infrequently.
