As the chairman of the board of the Carronbridge HOA, please accept our appreciation for the job Bill Chance is doing for our community. We realize what he does on behalf of Morris Property Management is ?his job?, but we are very pleased with the response and attention to detail he has provided. As all communities do, we have our difficult and trying issues at times during which Bill has been both supportive and informative as we work toward solutions. We value Bill?s service and therefore more highly value the overall service provided by your company.
