The staff here is absolutely rude. I've had maybe two good visits here - the rest were dealings with people who were short, obnoxious, and unfriendly. I finally just gave up on sending anything via the postal service that doesn't require a stamp after an altercation with the owner. He acted like a petulant child because I showed up one minute past closing time. I even apologized for it, but he didn't care and was a jerk to me. I'll send everything UPS or FedEx now, just to avoid these people! Save yourself the trouble and go to Mail & More across the street. The owner there is kind and willing to help you with whatever you need. I'd much rather give my business to people who understand customer service!
