Review content:
This facility is not about customer service at all. I had a terrible experience my last visit there, and the manager did absolutely nothing to correct the problem. My decision to go to this facility was based on the assumption that since it is a nicer, higher quality establishment I would get better quality pictures and service. However, the exact opposite has proven to be true. It is likely that I would have been better off going to Wal Mart, where I would have expected the crappy service and pictures, but a least for a lot less money! The staff seems to be opposed to doing the decent thing, if it takes too much effort on their part. They seem to be rather ""above"" correcting issues that could be super easy to correct! Certainly pleasing the customer is not their #1 motivation. Which is really unfortunate for what comes across as such a nice facility. I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone. You can get better pictures and service somewhere else! Do yourself a favor and stay away!!
