What a different experience we had this time...came in with our 4 kids, who were boisterous, but not breaking stuff or yelling or anything like that. The sales guy was very cold both times we stopped in. It wasn't until my husband came in by himself that this same sales guy actually treated him like a valued customer. Had the prices been cheaper ANYWHERE else, we would have gone elsewhere - their prices are the only reason they got our business, cuz we sure looked alot of other places, HOPING to do business elsewhere. Last time I dealt with the owner, and it was a *great* experience. The aforementioned sales guy my husband dealt with needs a refresher course on common decency. Some of your customers have kids, sir! If I ever go there again, I will not stand for being treated like a second class citizen - my money is just as green as anybody else's! Pros: cheapest, no exorbitant shipping fees Cons: Very iffy service
