my family and I went in to what we thought was a 24hr. eatery with a smokeing section. Not only was the rest. only partially open but the manager on duty was so very rude to my family. In toll it was myself my wife and my young son. I spoke to the general mgr. the following morning, it was also to be a terrible dissapointment. This is a franchise IHOP. it is not a corporate store and if you go here you will be able to realizethis for yourself. I would not suggest that anyone put there family through what went through. With only half the rest.open we were denied service by the mgr. She said they were short handed. well with economy the way it is it brings to question why they would be that shorthanded? So after driveing 15 miles one way and then turned away puts a real bad taste in our mouth. So I can not comment on the food but the night manager was really a rude person. So here is my expierence I am shareing it so no one else has to go through what my family and I went through!!!!
Pros: well the pro was that it was open 24hrs.
Cons: the way we were treated
