I have shopped and consigned at Nu Look for 20 years! I love the selection, the quality merchandise and the sales. That said, I have to finally complain about the customer service. Especially after my visit last evening to their semi-annual 1/2 price sale. One of the sales people was the most unpleasant creature I have ever encountered. She had her name tag stuck on her arm. If it was hers, her name was Dru. I encountered her several times during my two hour $150.00 stay. Each time she answered my questions, but never with a smile. She happened to ring up my purchases also and not once did she smile or seem happy to help me spend my money in the store she was working at. I expect good customer service having worked in retail before. I did not get it from Dru. I was waiting for a thank you when she handed me my bag. Not a word. She just walked away. Needless to say the other ""regular"" salespeople that work there are more friendly but not overly so. I have been finding myself going to many other re-sale shops these days because their customer service is far superior. Sorry Nu Look. It matters.
