Review content:
I was there as a guest of my girlfriend having a birthday party. She had made reservations a week in advance and also called to confirm the reservations. Unfortunately, when she arrived, no such reservations were listed under her name. So she and a few others had to find seating and everyone wasn't able to sit together. Also, my sister and I arrived later and no one (host) was at the front door to provide direction. So we just walked around the room until we found our party. We were able to locate a table near the kitchen. We set there for 27 minutes (waiters and waitresses continuously passed us by) and no one offered us a menu or would come to take our drink orders. Eventually, we had to stop a waitress and ask her for a menu. We asked for an Apple Martini w/ Grey Goose and what we got was not what we asked for. And when we questioned the waitress about this, it appeared that we were speaking a foreign language.
