Dr. Chu is a very good Optometrist (although a bit high) been a customer for years.........however, take your Paper Prescription and RUN !!!!! Buy your glasses ANYWHERE else. I should have known the office staff was below average when it took over two weeks to verify my Vision Insurance coverage. Almost missed my year end benefits. Now two mistakes and three WEEKS later, I still don't have my glasses. After three trips (don't even have the professionalism to call you if they miss their promised pickup time). I thought $145. for a yearly exam was a bit extreme as well. Dr. Chu - I'd consider replacing Karina before you loose more clients. She's too sloppy. My Family won't be back ! Pros: Dr. Chu is a good Optomitrist - although quite overpriced. Cons: Opticians are sloppy, overpriced and unprofessional. AVOID
