I helped my daughter find an apartment just 2 weeks ago. We went to several sites that had identical apartment layouts. One was at least $300 per month above Wilkeswood. We were extremely impressed with the staff (Jessica) who was very friendly & open with us. She showed us the perfect second floor apartment on Friday & said it would be available for my daughter, her husband & their cat on Monday. The place has brand new carpet & had been freshly painted. We put down the deposit right away. Move-in was easy. Now my son-in-law is only a mile from work & they are happy to be in such a well-maintained place.
