Dr. O'Brien is the BEST dentist I have ever had!! I hesitate to publish this because I don't want his office to be full! The staff are amazing! The receptionist is personable, human, kind and professional. The dental assistants are GREAT. They are also personable and make you comfortable. They are real people and they speak very highly of Dr. O'Brien. Often, staff will bad mouth the dentist when they aren't in the room but the staff feel that Dr. O acts in the patient's best interest. If they have confidence, then I feel better. Then there is Dr. O'Brien. He is gentle, kind and thoughtful. He has NEVER caused me any pain. He and the staff use infection control techniques that are up to and beyond standard. Dr. O always explains what he is doing and will often suggest the course of treatment that will work with your insurance or be less costly. I will never see another dentist as long as Dr. O keeps practicing. One more thing: he had the BEST dental hygenist. When she left, I thought there was no way that he could replace her. The woman who replaced her is also gentle and concerned about your health and comfort. I am a person who required Nitrous to have my teeth cleaned, but with this new hygenist, I don't need it! If you want to continue to receive mediocre dental care, keep seeing your dentist. If you want the best, see Dr O'Brien and his staff!!!
