Review content:
The pharmacy techs in Smith's pharmacy are unapproachable, rude, and down right unprofessional. This winter I was unbelievably sick with a sinus infection and was given a antibiotic. I went to have this antibiotic filled at Smith's and they would barely speak to me because the man behind the counter said he was afraid of contracting my germs. I of course asked if he had a precaustion mask I could wear so that he would feel more comfortable (although I am the patient) and he put a mask on the end of a pen and timidly held the pen out towards me; as if I had the plague. I markedly embarrassed sat in the waiting area with my mask on for 45 minutes until I again ventured up to the counter window to ask if my prescription was done; I was one of two customers at this time. The same man then told me, "" Oh yeah you prescription has been done for some time now."" He had completely neglected to let me know that I was fine to go. After I paid for my prescription I was not asked if I had any questions or any concerns on dosing procedure or anything. All in all I feel that Smith's pharmacy should be extremely ashamed of this employee granted I was sick, I did not need to be treated as if I was my illness and not a human. I plead to anyone stay away from this pharmacy.
