I would not recommend them if my life depended on it. Their turn-around is the worst in the business. They are very greedy and they take on more work than they can sufficently handle. If you are not a VIP you won't see your car for months...even if you take it in for minor work. TWO MONTHS minimum!! Can you believe it? If you are still making payments on your car, forget Paulee completely...out of the question. Put it this way, I dropped my car off in mid March and I still don't have it back after 8 weeks!!!
