Review content:
I recently rescued a poodle from a family that was no longer able to take care of her. When I picked her up she was in HORRIBLE condition, matted all over head, ears, tail, body, everywhere. I have always used Arfin' Annie's in the past with my previous pets because it seems like everywhere else I tried my dogs would come back very lethargic and scared. Anyway I'll get to the point...I called Arfin' Annie's knowing that they would be booked but hoped for the best, asked if I could bring Sally in explained that I was a previous customer, just adopted her, etc. They informed me that they were indeed booked for the next 3 days but they said they would be happy to groom Sally for me that day considering her condition as long as I was able to leave her there for 4-5 hours since they were squeezing her in. NO Problem! I took her in, they shaved her down, didn't try to brush out the matts just simply made her comfortable, she came back looking like a TOTALLY different dog, she was so happy jumping and running around. I will never ever go to another groomer in town because I have ALWAYS had a great experience at Arfin' Annie's. They are family owned and operated and every person there has always been very professional. Not to mention they were rated second best groom shop in Albuquerque last year! Arfin' Annie's will always be #1 in my book. I would recommend them to friends and family any day.
Pros: They care very much for animals
