I'm sorry, but all the guys are NOT ""super friendly"". I had the same experience as one of the other reviewers with how I was treated in the shop. When I walked in, I was half-assed acknowledged. I asked about a consult on a tattoo rework (just tweaking a few things with the current design). The guy at the front desk made snide remarks about my tattoo and my ""idiocy"" in thinking that I could do anything with it to change it at all. He said that nothing could be done with it and that I should just get the whole thing covered up. I asked if he had any other suggestions and he said that it's my job to figure it out. Gee thanks. So anyway, I went to 717 and they were really great, friendly and helpful. That's called CUSTOMER SERVICE.
