I don?t even know where to begin with the staff here. I went in to get sized for my bridesmaids dress. I was greeted by Angelica who was very nice just young. I?ve always heard stories of hideous bridesmaids dresses but have been lucky till now. Yes, the dress my cousin picked out was the ugliest I have seen., and Angelica voiced her opinion about it. I found that to be very unprofessional.. It?s ok if I called it ugly but she should have never said what she said. After I was done with her a man rushed me to the dressing room and in a very snotty voice say ? You must be a size 8? I'm 5'5 and 120lbs. I?m barley a size 4 which he found out. I found that to be extremely rude. If anything you always guess a smaller size for a woman. Last but not least after I paid for the dress they said they would call me with it came in. Finally after three months waiting I called them to see if my dress has arrived. The lady told me my dress had arrived soon after I ordered it and they NEVER called. Ladies if you?re looking for exceptional service and beautiful wedding gowns I suggest you go to Winnie Couture.
