Review content:
I haven't been to Hires in 8 years because of my first experience. My wife and I gave it another try recently, only to be dissapointed. Don't get me wrong, Hires has a good burger. However, I simply could not get over the tiny uncomfortable tables, gray walls, filthy floor, lack of music, and terrible service. Why have a wait staff if a) they don't get drinks before your order, b) they take forever, c) you still have to wait at the register, d) none of the tables are pre-bussed?
Pros: great chuck burger
Cons: service, ambience, cleanliness
