I lived at an apt owned and managed by Larry Simpson. I had to hire an attorney to get simple necessary repairs made. I lived there for many years and thru 3 different owners and managers. The black mold was so horrible in my apt, I suffered with pnemonia for 8 weeks. After that I hired someone to come in and clean all the metal windows (where most of the black mold lives), just to continue to live there. After I moved they tried to destroy my credit by some trumped up charges. Like making my move out appt for after the 1st and then charged me for the extra day of rent.
Cons: mold, disrespectful staff, dishonest owner
