My wife's Infiniti was giving her issues when starting, it seemed to be an alternator issue. I dropped it off with Kevin with every assumption of forking out $400+ for the repair. He ran his tests and stated that he could not find an issue with the alternator and could not get the issue to repeat. We came to pick it up and asked what we owed for the diagnostic and he said we owed nothing.
