Review content:
I had a pleasant experience there.I was there last year for x-rays and mri, and just recently for an ultrasound. I came to this place because I had a referral from a friend. She was right, everyone was professional and efficient from the moment I walked in. I didn't have to wait long either, none of the times I was there. I asked for my results too, but was told they would be ready in 24 hrs and I should check back with my doctor; I can understand that, as they are not the doctors who interpret the exams and give the results. My last visit there, the ultrasound tech did a wonderful job, she explained the test to me and what she was taking pictures of. From my personal experience, when I had an ultrasound for my 1st baby, I wanted to see the screen too, but I also understood that the tech needed to see more of the screen in order to accurately do her job. In the end, she did turn the screen so that I could see. I was told the sex and the weight. I already knew my due date because that came from my OB doctor. the tech was hesitant to tell me what she got for a due date because it was different from the one in my chart (which came from my OB doctor)....perhaps this was the case. They are not doctors who give results, they are just techs who do the exam. Also, an ultrasound doesn't determine the length of the baby. How could it, if the baby is curled up inside you and moving. When the baby is born, they stretch the baby out to measure the length. I would definately come back here again if I ever need more testing done.
