These guys do great work at a very reasonable price. Their rates are competitive if not cheap and the people are friendly. The other reviewer (servailo) was likely some expecting a starbucks corporate type experience which this is not. It's a family run operation with a lot of character and pride in their work. I did experience my boot's not being done on time at least once, but they finished the work immediately while I waited. You can call ahead if you are concerned about this. All in all a great experience and I don't plan on going any where else to get my many pairs of boots worked on.
