Review content:
it was terrible!! my 5 mo. old daughter was significantly scratched on the face right below the eye while on a swing because an older girl 18 mo was ""tickling"" her. I cant imagine that my daughter was not protected as this had already happened to someone else. Needless to say that their documentation leaves many questions to ask. According to the infant report my daughter was no fed from 11:50 till 5:30!! When I asked the ""adult"" in the room she said she had fed her but could not remember when or how much. Plus my daughters bottles with breastmilk had been left outside of the refrigerator. Its not worth the pain both for the parent and the baby
Pros: convenience
Cons: not safe, poorly managed
