My husband brought me to Nippon Sushi about 6 years ago when we were first dating. His parents had been patrons there since before he was born. The owner, sushi chefs, and waiters are all great, always polite, and we've never had a bad service during all of our years eating there.
I've enjoyed everything they've ever served me. They have the freshest fish and shell fish every day. Even their oranges and produce tastes amazingly fresh and delicious. In fact for desert I often order just sliced oranges- it's a nice refreshing way to end your meal.
My favorite roll is the Studio Roll; it's a rice paper cut roll, with sweet shrimp, crab, scallops and cucumbers topped with smelt eggs. Usually when we go there I order at least 3 of these rolls alone! Besides that their appetizers are great, miso soup to die for, and their specialty hand rolls are unlike any I've ever tasted.
This is by far my favorite sushi restaurant, in fact I insist on going there on my brithday every year. :)
