I had previously given a 5-star rating as they had quickly scheduled me...
They did temporary crowns which fell out the second night in my sleep, leaving exposed nerves for 3 weeks until the scheduled appointment to finalize the crowns.. THEN they tell me when i report this that they had scheduled someone else AFTER me in my appointment slot, and now I have to wait an extra 9 days to have this fixed, with exposed nerves and nubs for teeth because they did not properly glue the crowns in.
Also, I filed a police report when my pills were stolen, police got an admittal from the person that they had stolen them and sold them (thanks to me ""escorting"" them out of my home the next day and MAKING them tell the truth to the officers) and Nova refused ANY refill for pain medication while I'm sitting here with exposed nubs.
If you ever have to get something done, tell the doctor to go to hell when you're done, they have no regard for their own mistakes and were extremely rude to me during my procedure even.. Worst dentist ever.
