Ann Hunter has worked with my son, who is on the autism spectrum, for 3 years. When he first came to Pediatric Therapy Associates, his speech was entirely unintelligible by unfamiliar listeners, and he had received school-based therapy for almost two years by that point. Ann delivered immediate results?my son?s articulation improved 100% within a matter of months, enabling us to better address his receptive and expressive language concerns along with his social skills deficits. Ann has a broad base of experience and knowledge that enables her to access a much larger bag of tricks than I have seen of many other speech/language therapists. PTA also offers wonderful social skills groups, facilitated by Tish. The entire staff at PTA has made a very difficult situation much easier on my entire family, as they have treated all of us with dignity and respect, offering us hope and encouragement when we?ve needed it the most. My son loves going to therapy because he feels truly loved by these amazing people, and I have seen more progress since he began working with them than I ever saw before. Pros: Highly skilled and sensitive staff
