cOULD NOT BELIEVE HOW FRIENDLY EVERYONE WAS AT WELCOMING ME TO THEIR SALON. fROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN, I WAS GREETED WITH OPEN ARMS BY THE RECEPTIONIST AS IF SHE KNEW ME ALL ALONG. mY HAIRSTYLIST WAS INCREDIBLE AND VERY INFORMATIVE AS SHE HELPED TO SHOW ME HOW TO DO MY OWN HAIR BETWEEN APPTS,AND LATER ON LEARNED THAT SHE IS AN AMERICAN BOARD CERTIFIED COLORIST!! SO DOUBLE KUDOS FOR FOCAL POINTS!!!!
